1. Q: I am having trouble logging into getactive.gogaelsgo.com what should I do?!
A.
Click here to view our tutorial. If you are still having difficulties please
complete this form or call (613-533-2500) or come in to Q services for assistance to set up your log in.
If you have a current membership, please do not set up your membership through the Sign-up button. It will create a duplicate membership and will not provide access to the online booking.
2. Q: I used getactive.gogaelsgo.com before, but I can’t remember my user name or password?
A, Please click on the
Local sign in button, then on the “trouble logging in” link, and then submit your member email to get the link to your username or password.
If you don’t know what email is attached to your member account, please
complete this form or call (613-533-2500) or come in to Q services for assistance.
3. Q: Can I get my locker items?
A: Yes, please complete the
ARC Locker Pick-Up Request form and you will be contacted when your items are ready to be picked up.
4. Q: Will I be charged for my membership/services while the ARC was closed?
A: No, all ARC Membership payments are suspended until the re-opening. Members who paid with payroll deduction or credit card will not be charged for their membership. If a member paid in full for their membership, their membership expiry date will be extended.
5. Q: Why is there a staggered return schedule for students, faculty/staff and community members?
A: Similar to the phased re-opening in the Fall we are once again offering a staggered return schedule to accommodate the anticipated demand and limited capacity until the ARC has returned to regular hours.
6. Q: I do not want to continue with my ARC membership, can I cancel it?
A: If you do not want to continue with your membership,
please fill out this form.
7. Q: What will happen to my locker and laundry service?
A: The locker rooms and laundry service are currently not available or accessible for members. When these services become available, all members who had locker or laundry service at the shutdown will be contacted with the next steps. There will be no penalties associated with lockers that expired during the closure.

10. Q: Who should I contact if I have questions or concerns?
A: Please contact custserv@queensu.ca. This email is being monitored on weekdays from 9 am - 4 pm.
11. Q: Is the ARC accepting new members?
A: Yes! However, memberships cannot be purchased online. If you are interested in joining the ARC, please visit the Q-Services desk during operating hours to sign up. Membership rates can be found here.
