About the Club

The Queen’s Archery Club is a recreational archery club open to all skill levels (beginners and experienced). We can teach you how to shoot and can provide all the equipment you may need, including bows, arrows, and safety equipment. Feel free to drop-in anytime during club hours!

The archery club made for some of the best Sunday evenings I've had, allowing me to practice my skills with a bow in a safe and beginner friendly environment. For those who are more confident with their skills, there are even non-standard targets (like a statue of a deer) that can further test one's abilities. Although the purpose of the club is to practice one's marksmanship with a bow, the social atmosphere created in the space was a big factor in my continued attendance of the club's sessions.

Club Meeting/Practice Schedule:

Our club meets weekly on:

  • Sundays at 3:00 PM - 6:00 PM


Fall Semester: September 8, 2026 – December 6, 2026
Winter Semester: January 10, 2027 - April  1, 2027

 

Full Year: $30
One Term (Fall or Winter): $20

These membership fees allow us to cover the cost of equipment and club events.

2025-2026 Events:

The Queen's Archery Club meets on Sunday evenings, but occasionally we run other events, such as collaborations with other clubs. Members of the Queen's Archery Club can also participate in an inter-university archery tournament (IUAT) through the club. We also run themed sessions, such as a Halloween session with pizza and themed targets.
