Memberships at the Queen's ARC are available in recurring monthly memberships, as well as durations of one month, four months, eight months and twelve months. Full-time students have a Queen's ARC membership is included as part of the mandatory Athletics & Recreation fees applied at registration. The Athletics & Recreation fee covers the following time periods:
Full-time Undergrad Students: September 1 - April 30
Full-time Graduate Students: September 1 - August 31

Grade 5 and 9 Students with a valid ActivPass have access to the ARC at no extra cost during our 'Swim Saturdays' when accompanied by an adult*.
**As per ARC membership regulations, all children under 16 years of age must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Access to the pool is during designated times ONLY. The designated adult accompanying children does not need to pay during Activpass swims but must check in at Q services and sign all documents to enter the facility. Whether you are on-campus or off-campus, the Athletics & Recreation Centre (ARC) offers a wide array of fitness opportunities to get you active throughout the entire year. Featuring 150 pieces of cardio equipment, 12 racquetball courts, 6 gyms, 10 tons of free weights and so much more, the ARC has the equipment and space for your fitness needs.
With convenient hours of operation, a naturally lit and climate controlled environment, the ARC has a multitude of programming and casual recreation drop-in opportunities.

Cancellation Policy

Annual rate increases take effect on the first day of May each year.
Cancellation of Annual Contract subject to cancellation fee.
Pricing does not include HST
ARC Membership cards are to used by the person to whom it is issued. They are not transferable.

Cancellation of membership before the term is over: user will receive the amount remaining on membership minus the penalty and admin fee if applicable

The ARC offers free day lockers as well as the option to rent a locker with your membership.

Athletics and Recreation, and Queen's University are not responsible for the loss or damage of items left in lockers before or after the service expiration date. Locker contents not removed by the member to coincide with the end of the rental period will be removed and subject to the following content recovery policy.

Day lockers must be cleaned out at the end of the day. Locks left on these lockers will be removed and subject to the following content recovery policy.

Locker rental includes a half-locker in the main or pool change room and a lock. The lock supplied by the ARC must remain on the rental locker (no personal locks may be used).

CONTENT RECOVERY POLICY
Items removed from expired lockers will be held for 30 days. To retrieve these items after they have been removed, a $15 fee will be charged. After that time, unclaimed items will be donated to a local charity.
