Intramurals Header 4

Intramurals are recreational sports leagues organized by Queen’s Athletics & Recreation. Summer 2026 Intramurals are open to all (students, staff, faculty, and general public). Fall and Winter Intramurals are open to all Queen’s University students and staff, with costs for Fall and Winter term Intramurals included in student fees (some exceptions apply). They offer a great opportunity for students to stay involved in the sports they love or try a new sport while attending university. All intramurals leagues administered by Athletics & Recreation are designed so that each student can have fun in a recreational setting.

Their explanation of the rules is fully understood, Individuals in these leagues fully understand the importance of teaching others, have a great understanding of the sport, its rules, its strategy and going above just the basics.

Intermediate: Involves the players that may still be new to Intramurals or still like to focus on the social aspect of our offerings but are seeking a little more competition.
