Intramurals - Terms & Conditions

Mandatory Requirements for All Intramural Participants
 
As a condition of participation in Queen's University Athletics & Recreation Intramural Sports Leagues, Tournaments and Events, all participants must review/sign specific terms and conditions as a mandatory component of their intramural registration. This is included in your registration process in IM Leagues.

  2. Concussion Education, Athlete Code of Conduct and Recreation Removal/Return to Sport/Activity Protocol
  3. COVID-19 Health & Safety Compliance, and COVID-19 Virus Assumption of Risk, Waiver & Release
  4. Photo/Video Release
  5. Ability to Participate
  6. Queen's University Athletics & Recreation Liability Waiver

Upon completion of the registration you are confirming that you have read, understood and agree to the terms and conditions outlined which include
  • Accepting and agreeing to the Queen's Athletics and Recreation Intramural Participant Guidelines for Behaviour
  • Accepting and agreeing to the Concussion Education, Code of Conduct and Removal/Return to Sport/Activity Protocol
  • Understanding, accepting, and agreeing to all Queen's University requirements, COVID-19 Health and Safety Compliance, and the COVID-19 Virus Assumption of Risk, Waiver & Release
  • Consenting to photo/video images being used for the purposes outlined
  • Confirming that it is your sole responsibility for determining you ability to participate in Intramural Sports
  • Confirmation that you have read, understood and agree to the assumption of risk and liability waiver
