Athletics and Recreation Photo/Video Release
As a participant in an Athletics & Recreation (“A&R”) sanctioned program you may be photographed, videotaped or otherwise recorded while involved in the program activity.
By agreeing to participate, I acknowledge that A&R has the right to reproduce, use, exhibit, display, broadcast, distribute and create derivative works of the photographed and/or filmed images for use in connection with promoting, publicizing, fundraising or explaining the program, A&R and University and/or its activities. The images may also be used for archival purposes.
This grant includes, without limitation, the right to publish such images in A&R and/or University print, electronic and social media PR/promotional materials, such as program recruitment and promotional activities, marketing publications, advertisements, fundraising materials, and any other A&R and/or University- related publication.
These images may appear in any of the wide variety of formats and media now available to A&R and that may be available in the future, including but not limited to print, broadcast, electronic, digital and social media.
By agreeing in your program registration, you are confirming that you have read and understood the above and consent to photo/video images being used for the purposes listed above.
