"I enjoy working as a personal trainer because I love sharing my knowledge, passion and motivation for achieving better health and personal fitness. I truly believe that mood follows action, and we can strive towards a healthier and happier version of ourselves by taking that first step. I enjoy training clients of all levels and backgrounds and have ample experience working with individuals who are completely new to the gym. I believe proper nutrition, regular exercise, and flexibility are essential in preventing chronic disease, maintaining functionality and ensuring a long and thriving high-quality life. I am a strong advocate for using strength training as a method to prevent injury during athletic pursuits, recreation and everyday life. When I am not training at the gym you can find me trail running, mountain biking, hiking, snowboarding or camping. I am constantly researching and challenging myself to provide the safest and most effective fitness programming for my clients. Your personal fitness goals are important to me! I can help you achieve them through challenging and dynamic training sessions."
