Noah Gittens Headshot Queen's Personal Training

Noah Gittens

My name is Noah Gittens and I am a third-year Kinesiology student here at Queen’s. I am also an intern in the Strength and Conditioning Kinesiology mini-stream where I work with the Queen’s Varsity athletes in the high-performance training center; specifically with Men’s Basketball, Men’s Rugby, and Women’s Rugby. I have a deep passion for fitness and health, have played many sports (Soccer, Hockey, Rugby, Floorball, Snowboarding, Ultimate), and enjoy being active myself.

I am enthusiastic about helping people achieve their goals and reach their full potential. I believe training should not be difficult; rather fun and enjoyable! Whether your goals are for muscle gain, weight loss, moving better, feeling better, or to have more energy, I am here to help. I believe in working together to design a flexible training program that can be easily modified based on your goals and desires.
