Hi everyone!

My name is Charlotte, and I’m a fourth-year student at Queen’s University, majoring in History with a minor in Sociology. Growing up, I played a mix of sports, including basketball, volleyball, and soccer, and I also spent many years horseback riding. Over time, the gym became my safe space where I could challenge myself, recharge, and focus on my well-being. Exercise has had such a positive impact on my mental health, and I’m passionate about helping others find the same support and strength through movement. My goal is to create a motivating and supportive environment where we can build strength, confidence, and routines that fit your lifestyle.
