Why did you decide to become a Group Fitness Instructor?  

I’ve always played sports growing up and did rhythmic gymnastics for a while, making me love stretching, which is so good for preventing injuries and being upside down! I decided to take yoga more seriously after realizing how helpful it is in calming my mind and building bodyweight strength. After being in Singapore for the past year, I am excited to return to Queen’s and share how fun yoga can be!  

What are some of your hobbies & interests?  

I love making things from scratch, so some days, that looks like crocheting clothes, cooking, or baking sourdough. I also love to read, especially memoirs.  

What is a fun fact about yourself?  

I love olives so much.

200hr YTT
