Why did you decide to become a Group Fitness Instructor?
I became a Group Fitness Instructor because I’m passionate about movement and working out with others! Exercising in a group offers incredible psychosocial and physical benefits. The shared energy and empowerment you get from a group setting are truly remarkable compared to working out alone. I can’t wait to meet you all and share this experience together!
What are some of your hobbies & interests?
I love to dance, bike, swim, and explore the outdoors!!
What is a fun fact about yourself?
I’m deeply passionate about climate change and environmental issues. This summer, I participated in a 12-week Youth Climate Initiative with TD and Skills for Change Canada. During the program, we explored sustainability, environmental stewardship, and ways to make a positive impact in our communities.

AFAA Certified Group Fitness Instructor, Standard First Aid & CPR- C.
