Why did you decide to become a Group Fitness Instructor?
I have always loved attending group fitness classes, so combining that with my passion for health and wellness made becoming an instructor a natural choice. Guiding others to push their limits, achieve their fitness goals, and leave each class feeling accomplished and inspired is what drives me every day!
What are some of your hobbies & interests?
I love exploring new fitness classes with friends, from reformer Pilates and spin to boxing and pickleball. When I’m not working out, you’ll find me outdoors, hiking, swimming, or sunbathing at the pier. I also love getting creative in the kitchen, experimenting with new recipes, and cooking healthy meals with my housemates!
What is a fun fact about yourself?
I used to be a competitive dancer, and out of the nine styles I trained in, ballet was always my favourite.
What are your certifications?
I am a certified Level 1: Mat Pilates Instructor through Body Harmonics.
