Book a Court

LOG IN TO BOOK YOUR COURT

Queen’s University Athletics and Recreation features eight international squash courts, two  racquetball courts and two Tennis Courts (located beside Nixon Field) that can be reserved online or at customer service in the ARC. All court bookings are 40 minutes in duration.

All you need as a member to book a court is your online username and password. If you do not have a password you can get one online at www.gogaelsgo.com, click Registration on the right side of the screen.
 
Once you arrive at the Registration Information page click the link beside the number 1 to go to the login page. Once at the login screen click “Forgot password/Create Login?” and enter your email address to receive your online credentials. Note: You need to have an email address registered with us to receive your online credentials. To register your email address you can visit the customer service in the ARC for assistance.

Court Booking Directions: (Please note new steps in yellow)

  1. At the login page enter your username and password for your Athletics and Recreation membership. If you don’t know your username and password you can either click on “Forgot Password” or see customer service. If you are not at the log in screen click on “Sign In” on the left hand column.
  2. Once logged in please click the (HOME) button.
  3. Click on Scheduler.
  4. Select the date and preferred time of the booking and choose what type of court you would like to book, then click “Submit”.
  5. A list of available court times will be displayed for the date and time that you chose. Find the court and the time that you would like to book and click “Add to Cart”.
  6. Read fully the Schedule Waiver and click the “Accept” check box then click “Continue”.
  7. The court is now booked and you will receive a confirmation email. Next please click on “Sign Out” to end your session.
Due to our system upgrade some members may be experiencing issues with our online booking system.
