Physical activity is important for a healthy lifestyle. According to the Canada 24-hour movement guidelines, it's recommended to move more, sit less, and sleep well. Queen's University is committed to being a health-promoting campus, and A&R can help you with your physical wellbeing! Recreation programming at Queen's strives to help create a culture of personal wellness and sense of belonging, and has offerings to suit a wide range of interests!
Access to the ARC is included in student fees for all full-time undergraduate and graduate students, while part-time students, as well as Queen's faculty and staff, have a number of
membership options to choose from. All you have to do is swipe your student card or visit our friendly staff at Q Services – many of them fellow Queen's students – to learn more about our facilities, programs, and services.
