How to access the ARC
Members can enter the ARC through either the Main entrance from the Queen's Centre or through our service desk on Lower Level One (LL1) in Mitchel Hall. All users must have their student card with them to swipe through the gates for entry.
Please see the
Membership Policies and FAQs for more information.
Locker and Laundry service
Members can add locker and laundry service to their memberships in 1-month, 4-month or 8-month increments.
The locker and lock will be assigned to the member (must use the lock provided).
Laundry service includes a Roll (towel, shorts, t-shirt, socks). Members will sign the items out at the Lower Level Two (LL2) or ARC South desks at the beginning of their workout and will return them before the end of the day.
Please see the
Locker and Laundry service information for prices and policies.

COVID-19 information
The status of the university's mask mandate and vaccination requirements are subject to change at any time based on Public Health guidance. Medical grade masks continue to be available across campus for those who need them. Â As well, the university strongly recommends that every person intending to live, work or study on campus, or otherwise engage in in-person university activities, maintain up to date vaccinations and boosters to reduce the risk of an interruption to their studies, work or access to university facilities and resources.
Enjoy your year and see you soon!
