Fall Fitness Programs

Queen's U – Welcome to the Fall 2020 Term!

In-Person Group Fitness Experiences will be phased-in during the course of the Queen's Athletics & Recreation facilities re-opening efforts. Click here to learn more about our ARC Phased Re-Opening.

We really enjoyed offering Virtual LIVE Fitness classes during the recent period of the Queen's ARC closure, and want to continue to find ways to engage with our community and participants in support of physical health, well-being and important social connections, especially for those either unable to return to campus this fall or not quite ready to return in person. This Fall we will be offering BOTH Virtual and eventually in-person Fitness experiences each week to the Queen's University community! We are excited to find ways to keep the Queen's community active and connected during this time of physical distancing.

Please remember to consider your personal fitness level and health status before participating in exercise programs. While the benefits of physical activity usually outweigh any risks, it is always best to check with a medical professional to find out if a new activity is right for you
