Emily was born and raised in Kingston. Completed her Human Kinetics degree from the University of Ottawa before completing her Athletic Therapy degree from Sheridan College. She served as the Head Athletic Therapist with Forge FC in the Canadian Premier League for three years. During this time, she obtained her massage therapy diploma from OCHT and her acupuncture certification. Emily was also apart of the Vancouver Whitecaps FC medical staff as First Assistant Athletic Therapist. She has had great field experiences since 2011 in rugby, football, lacrosse, hockey and soccer.Â
