Hi everyone! My name is Shayan and I’m a first-year Health Sciences student at Queen’s. Throughout my life I have always been involved in competitive swimming and strength-building activities. I ultimately developed a love for fitness and going to the gym, which is when I completed my certification as a personal trainer and nutritionist. Throughout your fitness journey, I plan to not only help you create productive and balanced workout plans, but also a routine that is enjoyable.
