The Athletics and Recreation Centre (ARC) features a wide variety of multi-purpose and meeting areas to host a variety of events & functions. All meeting areas have access to audio/visual equipment.

Meeting Room 1 – Alumni Lounge
Meeting Room 1 – Alumni Lounge is the ARC's largest meeting rooms and offers an intimate feel as guests are surrounded by historic memorabilia from Queen's storied athletic history and awards honouring our Student Athletes. This room is large enough to host up to 100 people and is perfect for a reception, media event, team building or larger meeting.
Meeting Room 1 – Alumni Lounge is 1,132 sq ft (23.3 ft x 48.6 ft) with a capacity of 60 seated, maximum capacity 100.
Equipment: Data Connection, tables, chairs, projector/screen, wireless microphones, built in audio system.

Meeting Room 2
Meeting Room 2 features glass windows overlooking at the Atrium and the Main Gym providing the perfect location for event operations during a tournament or as a vibrant meeting space for 12 people.
Equipment: Data Connection, tables, chairs, 70" HDTV screen, built in audio system.

Meeting Room 3
Meeting Room 3 is a flexible room perfect for team meetings and presentations while offering an intimate feel featuring historic memorabilia from Queen's storied athletic history.
Seating for 20, maximum capacity 43

Meeting Room 4
Located on Level 2 in the Athletics & Recreation office suite, this room serves as the primary Board Room in the ARC and offers a fully equipped audio-visual meeting room with lots of natural lighting.
The Board Room is 660 sq ft (22 ft x 30 ft) with seating for 22, maximum capacity 40.
Equipment: Data Connection, tables, chairs, projector/screen, telephone line can be added for a charge.
