Reservations & Rentals
Athletics & Recreation offers reservations & rentals for all types of events in both its indoor and outdoor facilities. Hourly rates are competitive and Athletics & Recreation will assist Event Organizers in meeting their individual needs. Our facilities can be used to host:
- Athletic events and leagues - indoor and outdoor
- Conferences and tradeshows
- Clinics and meetings
- Fundraising events
- Birthday Parties
How to Make a Reservation
Quick steps:
- Step 1: Review the spaces available for rental. *cost does not include add-ons like chairs, tables, custodial etc.
- Step 2: Complete our reservations and rental request form. Fill out our Rental Request Form.
- Step 3: Our Office Assistant, Facilities and Operations will contact you as soon as possible.
- Step 4: Confirm details of rental and cost and provide insurance certificate of 5 million dollars. Must list "QUEEN'S UNIVERSITY AT KINGSTON" as an additional insured.
- Step 5: Host your event.
- Step 6: Kindly pay any outstanding invoice.

Additional cost associated with any rental will be passed on to the renter.
For example:
Required set-up, custodial, security, I.T. services, additional staffing (including CoVID screening) or maintenance needs.
Events requiring bleachers, gated entry, floor coverings, tables or chairs will have applicable additional charges.
Rentals outside normal operating hours of the complex will be charged for all overtime labour.
All use of the Athletics & Recreation facilities at Queen's University is by rental reservation only.
Renter shall not display or grant to event sponsor(s) or other rights to display advertising at the Athletics and Recreation Centre(ARC) without the prior written consent from the Marketing, Communications and External Relations department.
