To comply with the Government of Ontario temporarily moving to a modified Step Two of its Roadmap to Reopen, the ARC will be closed effective January 5 and will be re-opening when allowed to do so in accordance with Provincial directives, and Public Health and University guidelines.
 
The ARC will continue to provide virtual fitness programs and on-demand workouts recognizing the importance of physical activity to positive health and wellbeing. 
 
A phased facility re-opening and program re-start plan will be deployed when users can be welcomed back to our facilities.
