Athletics and Recreation Centre
The Athletics and Recreation Centre (ARC) on Queen's University campus in Kingston, Ontario offers a wide array of fitness opportunities to keep you active throughout the entire year. The ARC features 24,500 square feet of cardio and strength zones with the latest fitness equipment, Kingston's largest pool (38m x 25m), two gymnasiums available for casual recreation, four dance studios, eight squash courts and two racquetball courts, two combative rooms, fully equipped male and female locker rooms, gender neutral change rooms and washrooms, and family and team rooms, and the Q Shop, to purchase tickets and Queen's Gaels gear.
The ARC is open to students, Queen's staff, faculty, alumni, retirees and the Kingston community. To access the facilities you must be a member or purchase a day/week pass.
With convenient hours of operation for all its patrons, the ARC has a multitude of programming and casual recreation drop-in opportunities.
